Zip Wire Spring Brake Kit

A simple and effective braking system designed to slow the rider smoothly and safely towards the end of the zip wire.

As the trolley reaches the braking zone, it compresses the spring brake, progressively absorbing the rider's momentum and bringing them to a controlled stop.

Our spring brakes are custom manufactured specifically for Limitless Zip Wires and supplied in 2 metre sections. Choose from 2m, 4m, 6m, 8m or 10m braking lengths to suit your zip wire.

As a general guide, we recommend a total spring brake length of approximately 10% of the zip wire length.

When ordering, please select the diameter of the zip wire cable you will be installing the spring brake onto.

We stock rope grips for 8mm, 10mm and 12mm cable and will supply the correct size with your spring brake kit.

The spring brake fits directly over the zip wire cable and is suitable for cables up to 12mm diameter.

Buying a complete Limitless Zip Wire Kit? You don't need to purchase the spring brake separately – the correct spring brake is already included with your kit.
