Delivery Costs

Free UK mainland delivery is included on all of our products.

Please note that delivery to non-mainland locations may incur additional charges.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

All of our zip wire kits are made to order.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of being placed

  • Once dispatched, UK mainland deliveries usually arrive within 1–2 working days

During peak seasonal periods, particularly:

  • Spring and summer (our busiest installation season)

  • The Christmas period

dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased order volumes and courier demand

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and will contact you if your order is likely to be delayed.

We ship worldwide.

For deliveries to:
