A complete cable pulling and tensioning kit designed to make installing and correctly tensioning a garden zip wire considerably easier.
The kit uses a heavy-duty 2-tonne cable pulling winch to pull the zip wire cable into position and apply the initial tension required during installation.
Once the zip wire has been correctly tensioned and secured using the permanent cable connections, the tensioning equipment is removed – it does not remain attached to the finished zip wire.

How It Works
During installation, the wire rope grips provide a temporary attachment point onto the zip wire cable, allowing the cable pulling winch to draw the cable through and progressively increase the tension.
The supplied wire rope sling provides an attachment point for positioning the winch at the anchor.
Once the required initial cable tension has been achieved, the permanent zip wire connections can be secured and the tensioning equipment removed.
Final Cable Adjustment
The cable pulling kit is designed to apply the initial tension during installation.
Final adjustment of the cable tension can then be carried out using the turnbuckle supplied with your zip wire system, allowing the cable sag and running characteristics to be correctly set.

This cable tensioning kit is supplied with every complete Limitless Zip Wire Kit, giving you the equipment required to tension the cable during installation.
It is also available separately for replacement installations, custom zip wire builds or customers who already have their other zip wire components.
