FAQ'S

What Size Spring Will I Receive?  We will send you a spring 10% the size of your zip wire kit; for example, if your zip line is 40m, you will receive a 4m spring. 

What length of cable do I Need? 

Measure the distance between your two trees and add at least 5m to 10m extra to your order. This allows for sag and accounts for any human error during measuring. It doesn't matter if you have too much cable; it does matter if you don't have enough. 

How do I create tension?

1. The tension winch kit lifts the cable from the ground and removes slack. 

2. The Rigging Jaw Screw makes the final tensioning adjustments, and you're ready to ride! 

Automatic Trolley Return

How does the zip wire pulley return device work? 

To install the return device, first clamp the system to the starting point of your zip line. Next, attach the industrial strength thread from the top wheel to your zip line trolley. The bottom wheel has webbing. This webbing connects to a bucket. You fill the bucket with stones to serve as a counterweight.  When you ride your zip wire, the wheels will begin to spin, the bucket will lift, and the thread wheel will spin. As you jump off, the bucket drops. Your pulley and seat go back to the zip wire's start.  And Voila! Pretty Nifty Aye!
