FAQ'S

What Size Spring Will I Receive?  We will send you a spring 10% the size of your zip wire kit; for example, if your zip line is 40m, you will receive a 4m spring. 

What length of cable do I Need?  Measure the distance between your two trees and add at least 5m to 10m extra to your order. This allows for sag and accounts for any human error during measuring. It doesn't matter if you have too much cable; it does matter if you don't have enough. 

How do I create tension?
1. The tension winch kit we provide lifts the cable from the ground and removes slack. 

2. The Turnbuckle Screw makes the final tensioning adjustments, and you're ready to ride!
